Painting Stalking Cougar

As the title suggests, we have a cougar/mountain lion stalking (in this case) a rabbit in Zion National Park, Utah. This piece came about from a photo study I did in early December 2009.  It was VERY cold, my hands were white and it was hard to hold the camera. However, I got some barely useful shots and was able to glean enough information from the photos to come up with this painting.
